Shipping Information

We offer a flat shipping fee of £ 4.99 per order and typically use Royal Mail to send our parcels where possible.  Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.  We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days from receipt of payment.   Please note, during busy periods you should allow an additional 1 – 2 working days for orders to be dispatched.  You will receive an email to confirm when your order has been processed.

Issues and delays with couriers can occur and are out of our control, if you have any issues with the service of our couriers please get in touch. All delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee. We cannot refund shipping costs due to errors which are no fault of our own. We cannot resend items which are currently in transit.

We do not ship items outside of The United Kingdom
